Fadini COMBI740DLB 230Vac underground automation kit with double locking & braking for a pair of gates up to 2m.

The Combi 740 Kit can be fitted to both timber and metal gates, with a maximum opening of 4m. Timber gates may require a strengthening plate on the bottom of the gate. The kit has hydraulic locking in both the open and closed position without the need for a lock. It also has a built-in, adjustable braking system to slow the gate down during the last part of its open and close cycle. The hydraulic power is set with adjustable pressure valves that are built into the operator. One pair of safety photocells is supplied. Additional safety devices can be added if required.

In the event of an emergency or power failure, the operator has a special release shoe enabling manual release from both sides of the gate.The kit is easily integrated with access control, audio/video entry systems and other forms of control. Physical gate stops must be installed in the open and closed position. A suitable soak away must be provided.
